We take care to package your purchase as we’d like to receive it ourselves and as long as everything is in stock we endeavour to dispatch it within 1-2 days, 2-3 days in busier periods. If you order wrapping paper on a roll, it will automatically be sent in a tube or box - you don't need to choose 'Tube Option' at checkout (this option is really if you order bi-fold sheets on their own and don't want them folded any further to send flat). If you have sheets of paper and a roll of paper in your order we will usually wrap these around the outside of the roll before putting the roll inside a tube.
We normally use Royal Mail to deliver, however if your package is heavier than 2kg or an irregular shape we may use a courier, in this case we would try and contact you to confirm delivery details.

Late Delivery/ Missing Delivery
Although we give an approximate time we aim to have your order with you, time is not of the essence. There are occasionally delays not within our control that cause minor delays or non-delivery. If we are aware that the delivery will be delayed we will try to contact you to let you know as soon as we know. If your delivery has not arrived within our approximate delivery time, contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Incorrect Address Details
We cannot accept any responsibility for any delay or loss where an incorrect address or post code is given. Should your parcel go missing because the address is incorrect in any way we will do our best to track it down but no refund can be given unless / until the parcel is returned to us.
When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us we issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges). We no longer automatically re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those products, you're welcome to place a new order. A package may be 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to sender.
All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us on 01626 202000 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.
If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Items bought in the sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We recommend that you send your order back to us using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us.

Once your item has been returned, we will inspect it and take the necessary action as soon as possible.
If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 01626 358 700 or email@example.com. We will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund.
In most cases we will refund the cost of posting the item back to us.
Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.
